Special Assessment For Tenting Approved

 Dear Owners,

At last night's special meeting the Special Assessment for termite tenting was approved by the membership of Sunwood.  Owners will be receiving a coupon booklet with 4 payment coupons in the upcoming week via mail. Please mail your check each month with the individual coupon for that specific month. If you wish to make one payment for the total amount please only submit one of the payment coupons with that payment.  Payments are schedule for April , May, June, & July.  These payments will be deposited into a separate bank account specifically opened for the special assessment, and will be accounted for separately from the general operating account.  The Association will be updating residents with the exact tenting dates and further instructions soon, as we expect the tenting dates to be in the month of June.  We thank everyone who participated and look forward to your continued support throughout the tenting project!
