New Security Cameras Activated

Dear residents,

The security of our residents at Sunwood is important to us and your Board of Directors.  We are pleased to inform you that new 4K High Definition security cameras have been installed and are now activated to record the parking lots and parking lot entrances.  The camera system is a deterrent to criminals, but it cannot prevent crime.  It is always important to be vigilant and aware of your surroundings.  The purpose of being vigilant is to train your eyes, mind and body to remain in a state of awareness that allows you to react to situations more quickly that you could from an unaware state. If you see something say something, always report suspicious activity to Miami Dade Police 305-4-POLICE, and always notify management.

KEY FOUND


Dear Owners & Residents, 

A Key attached to a ribbon was found in the east side parking lot on Monday. The key is being kept at apartment 214, ask for Giselle or Samuel, or contact management.

Vehicle Registration



Dear Owners/Tenants,

We have received an increase in complaints from residents who are not able to park their vehicles at night. To alleviate this problem, we will be mailing all units a Vehicle Registration form that will allow us to properly identify vehicles allowed to park within the association parking lot. All residents must sign and return the form  to the Association by February 15th 2020 so that all vehicles are properly registered with the Association. In the event that we do not receive the completed affidavit for your unit, your vehicle will not be registered with the association, and will be subject to towing.

Please ensure that all vehicle and TAG information is clearly written on the form so that the Association can properly document and register all resident vehicles allowed to park in our secure parking areas. Only vehicles of those residing in the community need to be registered.

We thank our residents for their continued assistance in keeping our community a n enjoyable and safe place to live.

2020 Association Monthly Dues Payments

Dear Residents,
  
We hope everyone had a safe and happy holiday season, and we wish everyone a happy new year.  By now you should have received your annual payment coupons for 2020. If you have not received your coupon booklet, please notify us immediately so that one may be sent out to you. Also, please be advised that the Association has not yet finalized the budget for 2020 due to pending expenditure estimates for the roof replacement. Please continue to pay the current monthly amount until you receive further notification of any changes.

Those who currently have automatic payments set up with Revo Pay and/or make online payments using the Revo Pay system can continue to use the Revo system. Should you be interested in enrolling for automatic payments, please contact us so that we may assist you in setting up your account.
