Please be advised that Hurricane season is here, and off to a quick start. In the event of a storm any items on your exterior balcony must be secured. Tropical Storm warnings have been issued for Miami Dade County, and we ask that you please secure any small loose items that you may have outside, winds are expected to reach 45mph, with heavy rain.
The main gates are equipped with a battery backup system that will automatically open the gates when the power is out. For emergencies during a storm please call 911. For non-emergencies please contact your manager, Scott Galya he can be reached at (305)-251-0777 Ext1.
