Put A Stop To Littering At Sunwood

Dear Residents,

Help put a stop to littering at Sunwood. We have noticed an increase in littering around the condominium hallways, plants, stairwells, and parking lots.  Recently children's items such as a plastic bottle for bubbles, empty jello cup left by the stairs, children snack bags at the entrance, and wet wipes on the hallway second floor. Please make sure to always check and clean up after your children if they go outside with any items, and please let them know that they should never leave anything outside or in the hallways.  We appreciate your help and cooperation to keep Sunwood looking its best!

Rain Delay: West Lot Will Remain Closed Until Thursday Afternoon

Dear Residents:

Due to rain the West parking lot will remain closed until Thursday afternoon.  All residents must continue to park along 46th Street. On Thursday morning, residents from both the East and West lot will park along 46th Street.  Vehicles are allowed to park on both sides of 46th Street, the grass on either side of 46th Street is part of the roadway and the property of Miami Dade County.  Once the barricades are removed for the West lot Thursday afternoon, residents may resume parking in the West lot. We anticipate no change in schedule for the East lot on Thursday or Friday.
