Association Update: Coronavirus

Dear Residents, 

As we all navigate through the ongoing daily challenges brought on by the COVID-19 Coronavirus, we wanted to reach out and notify residents that the Association along with Management will remain operational.  Due to the nature of our services, we are considered essential and we want to ensure all residents that as changes are made at local and governmental levels which may interrupt our way of life, we will continue to conduct the affairs of the Association. 

It is important that all of us follow CDC guidelines for personal hygiene and social distancing, especially in our pool, laundry and mail room areas where residents may gather. We must all do our part to combat the spreading of the Corona virus. Please visit the website for the CDC (Center of Disease Control) for important information and updates at www.cdc.gov or  www.coronavirus.gov .  

Your Board of Directors along with management will continue to communicate any and all pertinent information pertaining to Sunwood residents via the Association's website and email.

Important 2020 Maintenance Fee Payment Instructions

IMPORTANT 2020 MAINTENANCE FEE PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS 

We are writing to inform you that your association maintenance fees have changed with the approval of the 2020 annual budget on February 27^th, 2020.  The new rate will be effective as of January 1, 2020.

If you pay via coupon: A one time coupon will be mailed to you for the additional amount owed from the three months, January, February, & March. A new replacement coupon booklet will be mailed to you prior to April 1, 2020 to make your April through December payments with the new maintenance fee amount. 

If you pay online via Revopay: You are to make a one time payment for the additional amount owed from January, February, & March. You will then need to set up a new auto pay for the new maintenance fee to begin as of April 1, 2020.

RevoPay instructions to change your auto payment to a new amount

·       Go to the revopay.com site;

·       Click on “make a payment” in the upper right-hand corner of the page;

·       In the search bar type and select Sunwood Condominium Association of Miami; and

·  Proceed to log into your account. (If you do not know your username please email sunwoodcondominium@gmail.com and management will provide it to you)

·       Once in your account click on Scheduled Payments tab and select New Autopay on the right side of the screen and enter the new payment amount and your payment information.
