Assessment Due July 1st

 Dear Sunwood Owners: 

If you have not already paid your Special Assessment please remember it is due in full by July1st. 

The funds are required to pay for the termite tenting, as well as security for the complex, and vendor work in preparation to the tenting scheduled for July 17th -20th. The Association has received all 105 keys for access to all units and we thank everyone for their cooperation and continued efforts to prepare their arrangements for off site accommodations, as well as their personal items. food, medicine, and pets.

Termite Tenting Meeting June 14th 7 PM

Dear Residents:

The Board of Directors will be holding a community meeting to update everyone on the termite tenting project and answer any questions June 14th 7 PM in the breezeway located by the mailboxes. For those residents who wish to drop off their keys, they will be accepted for drop off at the meeting.
