TOWING & RECENT PARKING ISSUES

 Dear Residents,

Sunwood has been experiencing a recent increase of vehicles parking in no parking areas, fire lanes, and in reserved spots.  Several vehicles have recently been towed at the vehicle owners expense.  Parking in these areas will result in the immediate towing of vehicles.  

Sunwood was built with a limited number of spaces for its residents and their guests. Please notify your guests before they arrive that they are to only park in designated visitor spots, and we encourage residents who have multiple visitors to utilize carpooling or use Uber/Lyft.

Roofs 3,4,5,6 Are Being Washed

Dear Residents,

As part of the last phase of the roof installation the roofs are being washed by the roofing company. 

Please continue to keep patio furniture inside until we are able to notify you that the roof project has been completed. Following the completion of the roofing project we have planned for all of the buildings to be pressure cleaned.  Best roofing has also advised us that they will clean up any debris in the patio areas at the time of completion.  We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause our residents.

WELCOME JOSE!

 

Dear Residents, 

Please help us welcome Jose Cespedes who has recently joined Sunwood as the new groundskeeper. Jose will oversee upkeep of the condominium grounds, amenities, building exteriors and maintenance office, parking lots and other daily on site tasks.  His expertise and work ethic is exactly what we need here at Sunwood.   We are eager to see the improvements that Jose will bring to the community.
