2021 Monthly Dues Payments

Dear Residents,

We hope everyone had a safe and happy holiday season, and we wish everyone a happy new year.  By now you should have received your annual payment coupons for 2021. If you do not receive your coupon booklet by January 1st, please notify us so that one may be sent out to you. Also, please be advised that the Association has not yet finalized the budget for 2021 due to increased costs for the insurance policies.  However, we expect the monthly amount to remain the same for the 2021 year.  Please continue to pay the current monthly amount until you receive further notification of any changes.

Those who currently have automatic payments set up with Revo Pay and/or make online payments using the Revo Pay system can continue to use the Revo system. Should you be interested in enrolling for automatic payments, please contact us so that we may assist you in setting up your account.

The Association has selected Century Risk Advisors as our new insurance agency.  We are happy to have their professional guidance on all of our insurance matters and excellent customer service for proof of insurance requests.
