NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, in accordance with the bylaws of the Association and Florida’s Condominium Act, that the Board of Directors of the Association will consider the adoption of the 2021 annual budget of the Condominium Association on February 4th at 7 P.M., via Zoom. A copy of the budget has been mailed to all unit owners.
Meeting will be held via Zoom.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, in accordance with the bylaws of the Association and Florida’s Condominium Act, that the Board of Directors of the Association will convene a general business meeting of the Board of Directors on February 4th immediately following the budget meeting to discuss insurance claim proceeds and general topics relating to projects and repairs.
We would like to encourage all owners to attend these very important meetings.
