The re-painting of the first floor walkways will begin on Monday April 27th at 9 a.m.
The painter will be working in small sections and will knock on your door to notify you that the walkway in front of your unit is being painted. The floor paint will take approximately 45 minutes to dry. If you must leave your apartment within that time please let the painter know when he knocks on your door and he will work in another area. (Note: Due to social distancing we recommend that if you must leave your apartment within the time frame that you speak through your door or window to the painter, or slightly open your door so that he can hear you. The painter will be wearing a hospital grade N-95 mask) With low foot traffic in the hallways this is the ideal time to complete this project. The estimated time to completion is 7-10 days.
