Dear Owners/Tenants,
We have received an
increase in complaints from residents who are not able to park their vehicles
at night. To alleviate this problem, we will be mailing all units a Vehicle
Registration form that will allow us to properly identify vehicles allowed to
park within the association parking lot. All residents must sign and return the form to the Association by February 15th 2020 so that all vehicles
are properly registered with the Association. In the event that we do
not receive the completed affidavit for your unit, your vehicle will not be
registered with the association, and will be subject to towing.
Please ensure that
all vehicle and TAG information is clearly written on the form so that the Association
can properly document and register all resident vehicles allowed to park in our
secure parking areas. Only vehicles of those residing in the community need to
be registered.
